W. Britains 1 only ‘British Naval Display No. 1648.’ Only issued 1940-1941. 49 figures including Admirals, Naval Landing Party with blue and white jackets running at the trail, with other officers, petty officers and ratings. With gun and limber.

The lid indicates this is ‘Types of the Royal Navy British Sailors’. No. 1648 brings together figures available in other smaller sets:

1. The landing party from Set no.79, with a running petty officer, limber and gun pulled by 8 running sailors.
2. Set no. 78, bluejackets running at the trail, 8 pcs
3. Set no. 80, whitejackets running at the trail, 8 pcs
4. Set no. 207, admirals, midshipmen and petty officers; and a double row of 16 bluejackets from Set 1510, marching without weapons.
 
Exceptionally rare, released in 1940. This box set contains approx. 51 figures in good condition.
