The secret group of Generals known as the Jugglers proceeds with their nuclear strike on Cobra Island, while GI Joe and the Autobots race against the clock to stop the attack. The only way to do that is by using a satellite beam that is currently making Energon. Even if they do save the world, the entire team faces serious charges for disobeying orders when they return home.
